Building a 32 5 window cpe. i installed two wilwood 7/8 master cylinders with Mustang II front disc and drum rear brakes. No power as i didn't think i needed it with a light car. is it normal that the piston on the calipers up front only cover 7/8 of the pads. I can't get more than 450 lbs pressure out of the master cylinders and wilwood say they should produce approx 1000 lb. The car just won't stop. i have bled them starting at the furtherest caliper in the front and the futherest drum cylinder in the rear using two men. The calipers are rebuilt from Pep Boys here in calif the cylinders are all new in the rear and all of the lines are 3/16 and new. i do have 2 and 10 lb pressure valves and yes they are installed in the correct position. I am totally perplexed as to the lack of pressure differential Can any one help with an explanation as to what i need to do ?

The chart I have is for a 1" master cylinder (attached). You should copy the original and place it on the main board.
