I guess what is more important is what you think.
Personally, I think that the "T" is more than cool. What is the drivetrain like? I like the look.

I like it - why not trade a driver for a project?

I think it is cool...you can always give it your own twist, however I do agree that its about what you think. If you want it do it. [IMG]

Don't remember your project but it would have to damn cool and close to finished to keep me from trading if I were you. Scrape the cheezy sticker off of the hood and go.

  10. I don't know... looks kinda goofy, but a look of T's look goofy to me. I think I don't like it riding as high as a horse carrage. All about preferences.

Channel the body, cut up the frame, get it down low. Drive it. Has to be more fun now, then waiting to drive something else later.

I would do the trade if I were you.

  14. If you don't want to do the deal, maybe he'll trade for one of my to-many projects! [IMG]

  15. It has a Chevy 307 and a TH350 that has been tuned so it really smokes the tires and goes like hell!!

If it's got a clear title, and there are no legal issues with getting plates,go for it.
Assuming you like Roadsters. Not everyone can stand the wind in their face all day.

  21. Yes, do it! Go, get it! Get rid of that fiber A body and take that old T (I assume it's an original body).

  22. Hell, I think it has a lot of potential...especially being that it is a driver.

Z the frame, put a short windshield on, give it a fresh coat of black primer, get the wheels powdercoated white, and put your favorite number on the side in white.

Sound pretty cool to me. Oh, and get rid of that roll bar. Go for it.

I'd trade and leave it alone. Look how much fun that dude's having with it! Sits too high? Not for a racer. Slap a number on the side and hit the track Jack!!

The ride height makes sense if it's raced on dirt or gravel.

  25. I will call the man tomorrow!!

The A-bone will take a couple of years to get on the road and this is a driver and i have just moved in to a house that needs my attention so i think a driver is good thing 4 the moment!!

Personally, I sorta prefer UN-lowered cars.
A little height gives it character.

If I were you, I would be all over that trade. Unless of course that T has some sort of major mechanical problem.
And then again, I would probably still do a trade for it.... [IMG]

Needs a little help, but I think it's neat. And isn't that the California Governor driving in the first picture?

hey, I think it looks a tinch funny, but TONS of potential. It looks like a sprint car to me kinda, and thats neat, although a Z and a channel would be cool too. Toss the roll bar, and maybe the hood, definately the writing. If you are looking for a driver this would be a good choice cause there cant be too terribly many people with rods in Sweden, and an even smaller % willing to trade. If you do trade though, your still gonna want a rod project. I think building the car is the best part.....Just my thoughts but its YOUR choice.
