Projects My 41 Ford hot rod pickup build

I have asked alot of question on this build here and would like to say thanks for all the help

Why do you call it a 41? nothing there is 41 ... the cab is a 42 to 47

 

I was told the cab was a 40-41 , i don't have a tag yet so thats why i called it a 41

 

How do you tell its a 42-47

The old gas filler hole gives it away as '42-47 . '40-41 pickups used same cab with some very minor differences . Gas tank location was one of 'em .

4t6ford has the answer no tags on ford sheetmetal ..always on mtr, trans and frame,,so you can call it a 41 after you fill gas tank hole...ok?
