    Hello everyone,

Im fairly new to the Seattle area (about 6 months) I was up in Bellingham before that for 6 years. I just recently picked up a 29 model a Briggs from a member on here and I have started the reserching and teardown of the car. It will head in the more stock looking rat rod more or less. Goal is to get it ready to roll by september for my wedding.

    Cheers!!

Welcome; I'd use the term 'hot rod' if I were you. Less chance of catchin' any flack, ha ha... they are all hot rods IMHO anyways; some just 'look' better than others...

learned from experience. don't use the R-- R-- word on here. "traditional" fits better.

  11. Mike, welcome to the site. have fun with the "new" ride. To answer your question about the RR, yes. Around here the only rods you would want to reference are street rods and hot rods.
