Ohv 6 vs v8

Hey everyone I got a choice to be made pretty soon and I can't seem to make it myself so I'm reaching out to you all I have a 52 ford f1 that has the original 215 and ****** the ****** has been rebuilt with brand new parts very hard to come by and I got my shop to rebuild the engine now the hard part I finally found all the parts I need to rebuild it to pretty much new but cost $3000 so now I'm debating just putting a v8 and auto trans i don't know what to do help!!!

 

V8 just about everytime for me.
Run better in al***ude and thru mountain country.

 

yep, if you really plan to drive it go with a V8. lots of different options to keep within your budget. OD trans, auto or stick - 5spd

 

damn thats high. around here you could buy a bbf and ****** for 1000.or less.id buy me a v8 and trans and go riding.

 

V8 low miles with auto. goforit.

 

So are the 6s really that bad or is a upgrade always better for theses trucks!!
