    I've had this very rusty 65 2dr. sedan body for a few years.Listed it on a couple of sites no takers.Don't want to s**** it,my first altered wheelbase conversion(sentimental value I guess).I won Jeems a.k.a Jimmy Smiths auction for Tucks fire fund.Him and I bounced ideas back and forth and this is what Jimmy came up with.Cutting will commence this summer.

    Donate it to goodwill for a tax break, or give it to some kids to play in.

  11. a lower altered? i think thats damn cool,and definitely different.

    not sure if i like the targa style roof.

    but i like the concept,do if ya like it thats the only person who has to like it.

    but if you start a build thread i will be one to watch for sure.

    We got the targa roof idea from from the Flying Dutchman Dart.

    all floors are gone lower cowl is shot as well as the lower part of the firewall wheelhouses have holes the lower quarters were gone I replaced those with donor parts frame rails have soft spots.

    Jimmy's pretty cool and a great artist he was able to take my thoughts and put them to paper.

    i love the art!! the targa top always seemed like an after thought to me. i think if it were mine, i'd make a canopy like jack chrisman had on his '66 comet. either way, it's yours, do it the way you want. i really don't like people telling me how to build what i have.
