Event Coverage Md. HAMBERs/ Flea/Swap

Can anyone confirm that the Howard County Fairgrounds Swap Meet is this coming Sat. March 10th please? If so, who's going and who's got interesting stuff they're bringing to sell? Here's your chance to get the word out. Thanks, Don.

The Howard Co. Fairgrounds web site says it's on. Last year had good weather and it looks OK for this year. I found some good stuff there with reasonable prices and friendly dealers over the past 3 years.
Two weeks later (Mar 23-24) is Frederick, MD Fairgrounds Parts Meet. I have been setting up there for 15 years now-good people putting it on (Sugarloaf Region-AACA) and usually something there worth buying!

 

Thanks guys. I thought this week-end sounded about right. And thanks Ol Skool '51 for the heads-up on the Frederick event as well.

 

Also for those that may be interested, Annual Mason-Dixon Gas and Oil Show is at Frederick this weekend along with semi-annual Advertising and Americana Auction.

 

Anyone else going to buy or sell stuff?...or just to look at all the goodies.

I was there just after daylight, found all kinds of stuff...a WWII Gas Mask, a ships wheel cigarette lighter, a WWII KA-BAR knife, a leather gun belt & holster and a Fender Guitar Amp. but not one lously car part of any kind. Every car part I found was so out of price range... I gave up after 4 hours of walking back and forth searching.
Frederick, MD will be better next week...I hope
