13-20's car club, any info on them

i picked up a 13-20's so. cal car club plaque at a estate sale today did anybody ever hear of them? i'll post pics later of it its blue with a a 32 three window on it

It's interesting that there was also a club with that name in Costa Mesa (also in So Calif) .....
