1948 Chevy ute latest find

I thought I would share some pics of my latest find, a 48 Chevy ute. I picked it up a few weeks ago. I was the first to see it advertised and drove from Canberra to South Australia a 1200 K, about 800 mile trip each way. Lucky the guy who sold it to me was a man of his word and still gave me first option even though others from all over the country had stated calling offering him more money. Johnny

 

Nice, my garage would like to have that one in it. What's the plan besides just enjoy it?

 

I would say the first plan after fixing a leaking wheel cylinder, will be reducing the ground clearance! Then maybe dress up that Chevy 6 banger. As for the shed there is a lot more in store for it.
