my friend picked this up for his 331 hemi. he sent me the pic. so i could see what the intake looks like. he did not send me any casting #'s.
the intake is cast iron, and the carbs are carter one barrels.
i know that with limited info, and just one pic. it may be hard to i.d. the intake. he only sent me this one pic.
    does anyone recognize it ?
    thanks.

    I would say industrial Hemi.
This one is a dual single barrel Marine Hemi intake.

anyone care to take a guess at what he paid for this set up ? he got it complete, just as you see it in the pic.
he also bought the 331 hemi from the same guy for a song...and it runs !!!!

  7. 1960 stationed in Guam, I was in Crash Crew at NAS Agana. the MB-5 I drove had a 392 with roller bearing crank, dual carbs (like the one shown) and a 5 speed trans. 7 1/2 tons with 500 gallons of water and would smoke the tires coming out of the barn and run 90+ top end. I have pictures somewhere

Probably not much demand for a 2X1. I traded one to a guy for a '54 4 bl intake. They probably aren't all that bad, being boats & fire trucks tend to move along pretty good.
