Page 25, Probably the first guy to ever get a full page for writing a letter to the editor. Congrats. That cover shot has been one of my favorite Hot Rod Magazine covers since the day I took that issue out of the mail box. I was just a couple months over 14 years old at the time and it was the start of the third year that my grandmother bought me a subscription for my birthday that became an annual event until she p***ed away in 1975.
just got the mag in the mail today. Nice little RPU. Anyone catch the photo at the end of the mag?? A little taste of next month's issue.

Mine should be here pretty quick. Congrats Dean, I'll have to check it out. Mag sure has gone into the tiolet lately. It hasn't been HAMB friendlyfor a long time, but up till recently, there would usually be something of interest in there. But lately?? Ugh!
Yeah Don, almost. Those unpublished Rickman shots were sent to HRD for their Eric Rickman series. Somehow, my letter got edited to make it sound like I sent them to Hot Rod, and the pics wound up there. I would much rather my pictures have been printed where I intended.
Loved see Deans Roadster in there but most of the issue is a drag.....in a bad way. Reminds me of the issue a couple years back with the featured 69 Camaro with Toyota power.
