pics of touring cars turned roadster p/u wanted

    I know its been done but I was wondering if anybody has pics of a touring car turned into a roadster p/u that looks right I have been driving my touring car for a couple of years and I have the urge to change it up and I love roadster pick ups

    What year touring car? I'd say if it's an A you're better off selling or trading the body for an RPU. Tourings bring more coin than an RPU in my experience and as a lover of touring cars I hate to see one cut up when there are plenty of replacements out there.

    Good point,,,, How about ones that where started with just a cowl and doors?
    I have a Packerd cowl and doors off an old He**** I would like to use.

    How about the night crowd, I took some measurements today and have done alot of looking I think I can pull it off but would like to see pics of one already done I don't wanna screw up my car

    I was thinking of cutting down a rusty 56 deck lid I have for the rear of mine. make a nice tall tub.

    Note,,, The photo is for reference. I don't have a good shot of mine.

    Well I'm interested in this thread.

    It falls under some kind of unique thinking for metal shaping I would think. I found the photo of a guy that used a 50's Chevy hood for his ****. COOL.
