Another Munsters drag car

I collect original/authentic "screen used" props and costumes from THE MUNSTERS and THE ADDAMS FAMILY, and I think you will like these vintage "car related" props.

This is THE original, handmade "Barris" stickshift knob off the Munsters' DRAG-U-LA, which I obtained from the guy who brokered the car for
Jay Ohrberg many years ago. The reel TV car is in horrible shape today...a total wreck, and hanging from a ceiling. (PS- the Volo car is a clone).

...and here's another original prop-one that you are probably not familiar with. This is the vulture hood ornament/car mascot off of THE ADDAMS FAMILY's car (1964-66), and also seen being used as a shelf prop in Uncle Fester's room. A large and intrically made piece, made to look like chrome metal on film...

This picture above is the first race where Herman loses their car. Then Grandpa builds the Dragula car to win it back.

 

I believe that is stuntman Jerry Summers driving the Dragula.
