Tman, shoot me the info, I might be swinging through again.

 

I missed you guys by one day last year --this time might be different--we'll be riding up in Glacier the week prior, then into Sturgis week of. I'm gonna try my damnedest to hook up with y'all.

I forgot about the poster! You going the the HAMB drags. Wish I had a ride and the time to run over there for your cruse! You going to bring the touring out to MOKAN? I gotta get a close look at it!

Cody, I will just bring the posters AND the touring down.

Miles, Earl and others. I will have the addy of the place we are meeting Friday night for social festivities and saturday morning for the run. BBQ will be at the same place Sat eve.

For those that were there last year, my pal Bruce (our host) sent his parents off on a cruise and we are invading their house close to downtown (shade and relative quiet). We have lots of hotrod/bike parking.

Tman, thanks for the invite.We were hoping to make it to sturgis this year anyway, but now I really have to go.I grew up in the area, and still have some friends up there.I'm not sure if the caddy will be roadtrip worthy by then, so we may be on the bikes.We were planning on going to the Reverend Horton Heat in Rapid City also.We were planning on staying at the Buffalo chip for a nite or two, but, I'll find out if this will work o9ut a little better.I'll pm you with details.Thanks Jim.

They will be playing at Independant Choppers/Legend Air the Wednesday following my shindig. Last year the bike show was OK. Foose was the judge, helluva nice guy. This year there should be VIP parking for hotrods as well

I know 59Buickwagon will be here for it, double cool.

As for my deal, I invited Paul Galxaxy and the Galactics to come eat and drink with us Saturday night. Maybe they will make it to town in time to partake in the run? Maybe we can convince Paul to do a couple tunes at the BBQ????

 

Just for you TT, we ate at the Gaslight the other day, food was killer!!!! They have their shit together!

Dam I tryin to figure how i can get out there for your run spend a few days then talk the better half into the Hamb drags a few weeks later.I am torn, been about 4 or 5 years since i been out your way.I might have to try one of those bonzia runs throw mine and a buddies bike in the truck spank it out do your run and spank it back.Anywhere to camp for a couple days if we come out?Is the old truck still in frt of the gaslight?

No tin at the Gaslight anymore.

I will have some camproom at my new house site. I will be living in a camper and have electric to spare , 13 acres for tents, no other facilities, at least this year. I am south of Hermosa on 79.

Te Rev was to play Wednesday the 10th at Legend Airs hotrod/chopper show. Last week I heard they are playing at the Full Throttle instead??? Keep ya posted as I hear.

BTW, that Carshow at the insurance place on 8th and main is Saturday. I will be at the homestead in hermosa.

Heads up for ANYONE that will be at the Rally. Independant Choppers/Legend Air's chopper-hotrod show on Wednesday August 10 will have Royces RPU that Pinkees Built and Jimmy Shine with his truck and some bikes. The Reverend Horton Heat plays that night at the Full throttle!

 

i really want to go to this. i dont know if i have money for gas though. even if i drive my daily driver, id like to make it.

There will be seat room in ONE of the cars! Drive the daily up on Friday, camp for free at Bruces, play Sat, get drunk and pass out at Bruces, drive home Sunday. We got your food and beer covered once you get here. Gotta buy your own beer for the drive home though!
