Kritz just came up with a groovy idea on Kustombuilder's Pokey Tail-light of Death post...have everyone make a set of custom tail-lights then post up some pics and see who's bad!!! This is the perfect kick-off to Tech Week! I'm gonna make a low buck set myself...for no good reason! My next project is gonna have LED tail-lights (that flash in time to "Something Good" by Utah Saints!)...so these Tech Week Challenge lights are just gonna be a fun little project to show ya what a non-welding low tech HACK can do! Extra bonus points if your lights draw BLOOD!!! It's on, *****es...anyone ELSE gonna Man Up to the Plate??? Post your resulting works of art anytime next week durring Tech Week...and feel free to show us HOW ya dun 'em, too...so we can all learn to be cool just like you!
So, if you don't weld, what're you making them out of: Wood? Old Coke cans? Pottery clay? Styrofoam? And will they work when you're done? Hmmmmmmm, I'd better stick around for this one...this should be good!!! R-
I'm planning something made outta graham cracker boxes and left over burnt-out Christmas bulbs. It's top secret. I'll give a clue...glitter...lots of glitter.
How bout a tech on how to install clear WalMart-sourced taillamps on Honda Civics? MagLites duct taped to a backwards baseball cap? A cat with a flaming tail? Skull CHMSL? Flamethrower on a tricycle?
i've got a whole PILE of razr blades in the garage. i'm sure i could whip something up that would make ****o's taillights look like a childs toy!! ...
Oh ****** hell. I thought for a second this was gonna be serious. Am I on Kale Co? Anyway, I despise taillights as for as deciding what to do with them. You've got to have them but as far as I'm concerned from a styling stand point, they are a nightmare. I'd dig seeing some home-brews...
