Need help identifying this axle/brakes

Need to order wheel cylinders/shoes/hardware kits...any ideas what this is from? 5x4.75 small Chevy bolt pattern.

Being 4.75 it would have to be a g10 series van correct?

 

yup. I think 1970 was the last year of the solid axle. I looked up a 67 on rock auto, the wheel cylinders have the funky bolt pattern shown in your picture.

 

Yeah, I had checked rock auto also. I found everything I need on summits site extremely cheap, thanks for the quick response!
