spare tire for 51 ply

I have a 51 Ply concord kustom and am in need of a spare tire.
I have a 57 Olds rear installed with a 5 on 5 b.c.. The front use

If the back is 5x5" and the front is 5x4 1/2" you can scout up one or the other wheel and loosely bolt an adapter to it to accept the other pattern. Pick a diameter and width wheel and tire that can fit either end of the car.
