model a ford doors

Are all model a ford doors the same? I was told the 2 door seden doors are longer . If they are longer how much? thanks Paul

 

30-1 2DR Sedan doors are longer than the 30-31 5w coupe doors. I forgot how much longer, someone will chime in here with that info. The 30-1 Closed cab pick up doors are the same length as the 2DR sedan if I remember correclty.

 

A can of worms, depending on the year and the manufacturer of the body, Briggs or Murray or?? Ford used sevderal coach builders to make their bodies back then and sometimes the parts for their own bodies varied a lot, but you need to figure out which body you have. Look at the Model A sites and forums and you should get a good idea.

 

Yup. and '28-'29 Pickup doors are definatly different.

 

28-29 coupe and 2DR sedan same.. 30-31 2Dr sedan are longer than coupe.. Don't know about others......
