This still affect me.. he changed how I looked at life..I still remember getting the call that day.. i was having a bad day with a old car I had and was freaking out about something stupit.. the call came.. everthing changed.. I look now at problems I have as a joke.. Look what Andy went through.. It was a pleasure to have hung around with him and be involve in his dream..

Found these today that a friend Geoff took the day Andy drove his car for the first time.. Look at them and beleive Dreams do come true...

"...he stopped and looked out the window at the garage where his car was ,turned to me and put his thumb up and whispered "Good Times Dad".

  11. His decal is on the back of my car, and I literally had the brass plaque in my hand yesterday.....

Wow... As a young dad with the hopes my son will follow in my gearhead shoes, that post honestly made me well up like a baby. Can't even imagine.... Prayers and thoughts go out to Andy's family. Glad he's now wrenching in a better place.

  14. He was an amazing young "Hot Rodder", and inspiration to us all. I miss him so much.

  15. Andy was an angel that came among us to help us be better hotrodders, and all around better folks. His chore was done well. All of us here at the time took a very valuable lesson from this brave young spirit. R.I.P. brother Andy. ~sololobo~

I can't believe how much time has passed...
Certainly didn't realize it at the time but being a part of Andys build had a huge effect on my life.
I feel I'm in a much better personal place than I would have been without putting my time in with him at the shop.
Pretty sure I'm not alone in having that feeling!

Thank you Andy...may God bless you forever.
