Im looking for pics of a 1940 ford that was custumized in the 50s in the m*** area( Lynn, peabody exc.) It was a convertable with canted quad headlights cad tailights and white tuck and roll. The car was called the wonderful one at one time and was painted candy red. Thanks
Can't help you with that one, but I have an old Hot Rod trading card with a customized '40 Ford on it. The car was called "Li'l Beauty", done by Barris. It's a deluxe sedan, has canted quad headlights, red paint with white accents, bobbed fenders, whitewalls, custom nerf bumpers, and chromed steel reverse wheels with baby moons. The card's not in the best of shape, but you can see the car pretty well. PM me with your mailing address and I'll send it to ya.
The car was owned by Warren Ignacio of Lowell M***achusetts until the mid to late seventies. I'll try to dig up a picture and get see if anyone in my group of friends has any information as to it's whereabouts.
Yes my step dad ( Kirt Hussey) owned in the late seventies he traded it to warren for a cj5 jeep for it. Then he traded it for a t bucket to some guy who owns a upholstry shop in lwarence,m***. The rear section has been changed to the stock apperance. Thanks and please keep in touch with me about this. My email is hot_rod_greaser@hotmail.com Thanks Nate
