Projects 62 tbird project car i seen today

    I seen this car in fremont california on the way to the wreckers.. sad.... looked like it only had 30,000 miles! It was complete! I think it had a 292 v8? Let me know if you are interested in saving this beauty. I will email you the info about its location.

  2. umm thats not a 62 its a 60 if it was near me id grab it and it should have a 352 in it or maybe a 430 mel (RARE)

    i could use ALOT of those parts

    Actually it's a '58 or '59, but worth saving!!

    60 'Bird has the 3 taillamps per side, 58-59 have only 2 per side.

    Tail lights and door panels are 60, roof pillar trim is not 60, neither are the seats. And the dash appears to have some kind of custom treatment.... But it is a 60, unless they heavily modified the sheet metal behind the tail lights because 58-59 tail lights wont fit unless you do some cutting....

    The guy towing it to the yard said that there is another one just like this one. But it was hit in the rear. Other than the paint checking that body was super straight.

    '60 has the molding (3 pieces I think) on the rear quarter. '58-'59 do not.
