    Hi guys,
I am an old guy that has been involved with race cars and street cars for the last 50 plus years. My driver is a 83 El Camino that I am turning into a "SS" tribute car.
I am also restoring a 54 Kurtis 500S vintage race car. It is powered by a 324 ci Olds with Algon injection and a Grant/Spaulding Flamethrower distributor. I am looking for Algon parts such as a water pump that drives off the front of the cam. Any questions or comments are welcomed.

Hey Bud! I'm a Schaffer, too... Uncommon spelling, maybe we're distant kin?

    Welcome!

Welcome from Kansas. Does that car have the grille that sorta looks like long teeth? If if is, they are way cool! Post some pictures when you have time.
