I for one had a great time Dave. You fellas ran a smooth operation that's for sure. Kudos to all involved for providing the best show in the sunshine state.
I've never been to any event where getting through the gate was as easy as it was this time...........it was like an express lane. Great job. It was a nice day in all respects. Don
A big thanks to the Swamp Kings, Alan, and Melissa! Great show, great location, great bands, and great people, needless to say we had a great time and I agree with Don that the entry was a breeze, I worried about overheating in a line 2 miles long, but you guys had it down pat and smooth as silk, can't wait till next year!!! Brian
I cant thank the Swamp Kings enough for the work they put in all year long... not just on the day of the show.
After a few days to reflect on "The Show" I realized just how significant this show is. Held on the grounds of the museum of the houses more traditional hot rod history (= drag racing ) than any other place in the world. In the back yard of Mr. Don Garltis, who comes out to enjoy the cars and spends the day in "Dons Garage". Fair grounds are nice too, but they aren't all that. The best collection of hot rods, their owners/builders, the spectators, vendors, and bands assembled each year. Thanks to all that participated.
As the singers in one of the bands called it... Hallowed ground. It's an honor to be involved in this show.
There are about 3 threads going right now with tons of great pictures. Just search Billetproof and you will find them. Don
