Went up to Dodgeville today and had a great time sitting in Max Gearhead's shop talking business, and ....well, OK you get the picture !! Thanks much Jim for having us. Along with Jim, Don (Oldschool66) myself, and a new aquaintence to me, Dane (Unshined2) came down.... Great time was had by all!! Having trouble posting pics, so may have to add more.. Here is Jim (Max Gearhead)
Smiling!! I think that is the only reason they tolerate me ......and you know too that Dodgeville is a pretty rough area. Cheers....
As you can see I was deep in thought when Bob snapped my picture. Trying to come up with a way to graft Jims 34 dash to the 32 car lower dash panel he picked up. It's gonna be nice, he has a TON of vintage parts going into this build. Thanks again Jim for hosting the get together,( I did measure that stainless, it's 27" X 73" .080, so plenty to do what we talked about ) and great to meet Dane and build a new friendship. I think next time we need to get to see your new project Bob, so it's at your place next time. Maybe we can get a few more SW Wisc HAMBERS to ride along. To all the HAMBERS, life's too short to not do this, get together whenever you can. Where's the group picture, I think I was smiling in that one!
Hey Paul, hope to see you in Jefferson this spring, along with Kelly and Bobwop, just a month away.............. Don

Had a great time, I'm glad I made the time to get down there! Good to meet you guys and talk about projects -- past and present. Here's to more good times to come!!
Krooser- The choppers were a circlin' and we ran to this little indiscriminate garage....When we dashed in, all of our eyes were as big as saucers! Totally in awe to the shiny wonders we had come across!!
Only a few hundred that a friend dropped off recently. Will eventually join the rest of the collection in the basement of the house. WAY too many down there as the total is getting very close to 100,00. Anyone want to buy a lifetime collection?
