At the end of the day, it's your car... do what you want. I just hate seeing a car and going in for a closer look, and it's got three carbs on a 4bbl adapter... especially the one I saw on a 350.. you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a used SBC intake...

I understand yours is a bit more odd with the 351W and the lack of aftermarket parts in the traditional sense...
