Road trip Viva to Lonestar????

We are driving from Viva to the Lonestar and wanted to hear your suggested routes and cool things to see along the way???
we are driving it over four days

There are a couple guys from Texas doing that this year. I think Stevan's handle here is Thunderrocket, might be "rogue" now. I think they are doing a route 66 run.
