I don't know how, so I put up one of my car that my buddy took. He had never done a video either. is it too long or what? No need to get fancy with editing if it's not too long to load.
Hey 48ford, I did reply to your PM...but it sounds like cactus1 can do it quicker than I could. Try sending it to him first?
Try this link , tell me if it works. http://s34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/dailydrivervw/?action=view¤t=JimsrolloutMar2712006.mp4
Thanks F&J, it works. Here is the story. In sept of 10, I decided to sell my FED, Outhouse Mouse. A friend and one of his came to the house to look at the car for some one out of state. That person came and bought it. As we were loading the dragster the O/P said that he had a 31 roadster, it was 1.5 mi from my house, and had been there for 25/30 yrs. In 2 weeks I had bought it as I had always wanted a true roadster. Got it home did the sand blast, fix panels and sat it on one of Rileys frames. has a 4'' axle, F-250 b/p,and buick drums, 355sbc,auto, 8'' r/e.Seems like every thing I did had to be re done or the part was defective. Finally last night every thing came together. It starts, runs, stops straight, shifts. Now for the big work, floor boards, gas tank, wiring, and final paint. It has been a great time. I would like to thank all of the Hambers for the ride, info and help. It come apart after the Perry Ga swap meet to have the paint and all the other stuff done. Sorry, I'm not the story teller others are. jim
Congrats on the roadser! I am curious, if it's not too personal, what made you decide to sell your dragster?
It got to be too much of a chore. I was 70 at the time, loading the van, car, driving to a meet, then driving the dragster, loading, and coming home. Some meets were 2 days,500 miles one way. Sometimes I stayed at a motel, or slept in the van. I was a one man operation. I miss it very much.
