I have a '59 F250 cab and front clip(was a complete truck, but ....long story). I have found a '61-'63 short fleetside(57-60 box) and am wandering if the frames are the same?...or better yet will the '61-'63 frame work on a '59? Thanks

I would have to say the frames should be similar since I think they have the same wheelbase, there might be some differences in where the cabs mount.

I actually looked at a 61-3 2wd shortie yesterday and noticed the frame dips a little under the cab. I dont think my '59 frame did.

We know all about chevys....but not much here on the Fords. Might pm ElPolacko he has an early 60s truck, and he also knows a hell of a lot about frames and suspensions.
