I'm looking to install new carpet in my 49 Fleetline. Has anybody here used National Chevy ***oc. for carpet? I'm not a perfectionist or restoring a 100 point car, I just want some carpet that looks nice and fits properly. The carpet on their website looks nice and the price is good. I have never bought anything from N.C.A. so I don't have any experience with them.

  2. The carpet in my 50 Sedan came from there. Fit fine. I have ordered lots of stuff from them. No complaints! Todd

I have all ways gotten good service, good products, and good prices from Auto Custom Carpets in Anniston, AL.
Never bought carpets any where else, but I phone order and pick up at the factory.

I've bought a ton of stuff from them. They are always good to deal with. In fact I am installing carpet from them this week! It looks really nice!

I did the loop style. I'll post some pice once I get it in!

Thanks for the advice. Auto Custom Carpets is $287.35 before shipping, National Chevy ***oc. is $142.00. N.C.A. is half the price of A.C.C. Hey ttarver I would love to see some photos and hear what you have to say about your install of the N.C.A. carpet.

I would ***ume that at that price they probably get their carpet from the same warehouse as JAMCO (?)
Thats where I got mine for my '54. I like the quailty of it for what I paid, but the first delivery was boxed wrong! It said 2 door sedan but it was for a 4 door.
I would say wherever you get it from, lay it in quickly so you dont get stuck with it a few months later!

I've bought a ton of stuff from them as well and I'd give them an A+. The quality has been good, the pricing has usually been better than other places and when I had a return they were easy to deal with.

Thanks for the heads up on that. I'm ready to install the carpet the same or next day it's delivered.

I have it in my 53 and it looks like it belongs as if it were stock.

Did you go with the loop pile or cut pile?

the carpet in my 53 wagon was from them (if you have buckets, you will not be happy with a kit but the carpet does not go over the driveshaft tunnel under the bench seat (or it did not when I bought the kit)
