started the weekend out with a nice early ride up to connecticut.....flew solo following Shane and Mel and man, traditional or not...im grad as hell i rigged up the satellite radio in the van!!! it was a long ride up...... the ride there ****ed ***.............
then drove straight from ct....picked up my girlfriend along the way in NJ, and went right on down to long beach island for the rest of the weekend.... parents have a camper trailer (more like a mansion, its bigger than my apartmen!) with 1 bedroom, a living room, kitchen bathroom, etc. etc. really nice.. that they keep down at long beach island for the summer so i pulled up my "camper" and camped out the rest of the weekend.... theirs. nice screened in porch. mine.......... i got a screened in porch too!!!!!!! put quite a few miles this weekend.....was fun. and slept pretty good...weather was nice.especially with the screen door i made... just ****s. when you forget about it and have to take piss in the middle of the night in the dark woods.
Very cool! I dig the new screen door! I sent you an email about the spun disc. Damn, I was all prooud of getting a real c.d. player and 6x9's in the Wa-Goon and now you've got satellite?!?! Damn it...I'm always behind.
yeah I got them from some discount place like you said...90$ for a whole set with shipping...i figured id take the other three off, paint them and sell them to fund a whole new set. yeah I got satellite baby! its great... im one of those "too lazy to put an antenna in for regular radio but will hook up a satellite radio system" type guys..... It was in my blazer and since i only put about 50 miles on it since i got the van i figured if im paying a monthly fee i might as well use it!
sure i cant see why not.....i mean, people pinstripe valve covers, and firewalls, and what not all the time. should hold up great providing its cleaned well before hand.
