    Hello.
i'm looking to lower my Merc with 4" blocks in the rear and chopping 2 1/2 coils out of the front.
I understand this is going to take me pretty darn low, but will i need to find an alternative shock absorber to the standard Monroe 20801 ?
    Thanks in advance

with being that low, id lower it and then measure out for shocks. Thats what we did on my buddies 62 galaxie. Same amount lowered too, you will get some nay sayers around here soon that will say it will ride like ****, yada yada yada. It will ride like ****, just drive careful.
