I have a pair of 14" E-T Rebel mags (unilug) on my 1962 Ford Fairlane and am wondering if anyone has any information on these wheels. I've been searching for other pictures of other E-T mags, but all I've been able to find is the Slot Mags (have a pair of those). Here's a pic of my Fairlane, I'll post up a better picture of the E-T Rebel mags shortly.

    Thanks!

Bump for the weekend crowd - does anyone have any info on the E-T Rebel mags? I was told that they are date-coded 1963 if that helps.

    Thanks!

Cool wheels! I saw my first set of those this summer on a '32 Plymouth coupe.

WOW! They totally look different with a lick of paint! The washers for the uni-lugs look different from mine, the ones' on the '32 Plymouth appear more circular. The area around my washers should be repaired from slipping too many times when tightening. Anyone ever repaired unilug wheels? The problem with the E-T Rebel mag wheels is the area around the washers (the painted area on the Plymouth) is textured.

    Thanks!

Thanks for pointing this out Tom, i'll go revise my classified ad. They looked good on my Comet on plans for that thing have fallen through one of it's many giant rust holes!

  11. How do you know that these mags are made by ET? Do they have any numbers or letters cast into the backside of the rim? I have never seen a set of these before but I do know that all ET mags have their logo on them somewhere. Are they 2 piece aluminum over steel or are they solid aluminum?

I just purchased a set of these mags off craigslist. Was wondering what they were also. Thanks for the post, this forum is the only place I've seen a photo of these mags. The guy I bought them from said they were keystones. The caps that came with the wheels say keystone, but I thinkin ET rebel is closer?

Also I note, the wheels do not look that strong, as on other mags the spokes connect between the lug nuts, so there is more "beef" connecting the center. But they sure look Kool. Going to use mine on a 66 comet with a 429 ThunderJet. So not doing any fast cornering.

I have a set of these in 15" that I was going to use on my shoebox but have decided to go with www instead so I am going to be posting them in the for sale section soon.
I like them because they were just a little bit different, I have them on my daily driver right now and always get a complement about them from some that first thinks they are Torque Thrust are something similar then after a good look, notice that they are different. I had a hard time finding info about my set when I bought them.

It's good to see this thread is still alive. Upon further research, they could be Keystone Rebels, not E-T Rebels - but I can't verify it. I've seen these wheels not only in 5 lugs, but 4 lugs and 6 lugs. I did find a set of 6-bolt Keystone Rebels on a 1961-66 Chevroler P/U, I didn't have my camera with me but I did manage to take a photo with a disposable camera. I would still love to find a pair of 14" 5 bolt Keystone Rebels that don't have the washer area all chewed up, but for now my 15" 4.5"x15" Cragar S/S wheels fill the void. ;)

    Thanks!

    Nice lookin wheels
Compared to my reg 5 spoke E/T’s yours do share two things. The small radius where the spokes blend to the centers and the unilug.
But on the other hand all the E/T’s iv had have there logo near one of the lugs and have screw on caps.

Teem 3 will send you new stickers for the caps.

Does anyone know if any of these wheels may be for sale somewhere? I have two 15" wheels and I need two more (15") for a complete set.

    Thanks

I have a set sitting in the garage, pm me if you are interested.

  20. just picked up a set of 15 x 7 from a guy who had them sitting in his garage for 20 years. By the layer of dust I think they have been. I found a bit of info and they are listed as Keystone rebels.

Hi:- I have an Anglia for sale in the classifies section. Look at the photos and you will see that it has the "REBEL" wheels on it. They are 13" on the front, 14' on the rear. The rims are stamped on the backside as " Keystone Rebels", NOT ETs, though someone had put some ET centre caps on a couple of my rims. Hope this info helps... Jacksons 57
