name that cowl

I picked these cowls up recently and I'm not sure what they are.
Any ideas. Someone told me one was a late 20's Chevy. It looks alot like a 27 T except the firewall.

 

my guess would be a 28-31 dodge cowl i have one and it looks real close to it.

I have one like your's with the circle on the firewall. Was told by the guy I bought it from that it's '27 Chevy.

if its dodge, its older than 29...
27/8/9 had vents on both of the sides of the cowl
might be 25ish dodge pickup cowl

 

There is a vent on the top that has been filled.

 

i'd definatly say no for it bein a 29 then...i'll snap a pic of my 29 5w coupe cowl if ya like for comparison but im positive that aint... only way it would be is if the pickups had a smooth cowl like that with the top vent and not the two side vents

when in doubt......say its a moon ...or possibly a sun ...around a 26 or so ......haha i bought the same cowl....other than mine was a closed car....built a tub out of it .....the firewall insert is hanging in my buddys garage.....i want to think i was told its a 28 chev.......brandon

That sun burst looking indent means its a chevy, looks like 27-28.
