elgin camshaft specs

    I just bought a pile of older nos parts from a guy. Included were two Elgin camshafts, part # E-750S and E-643S. does any one have an older Elgin catalog that might have the specs for these. I think they are Ford grinds. There was also a Factory Ford camshaft part # FIJE-6250-BA that I need the specs for. Thanks for any help.....
