(PLEASE NOTE--Every Special event costs in the range of $20-$25 entry fee. Being a dragstrip there are many accrued costs. But I guarantee this event will be fun, relaxed, and enjoyable! And worth the gate admission!!!)

Dragstrip is on County KR/ "County line"



Details of racing:
We have Exibition nostalgia drag racing. We have several nostalgia racing clubs coming which will be creating the "nostalgia drags" show-what you paid to see. During DOWNTIME, you can race! You must pay the extra $10 upon entry & YOU MUST P*** TECH. (tech is located at the SUNOCO station,,,it is viewable from the field where you will be parking your rides.)

Details of Kustom car show:
OPEN TO ALL PRE- 1972 VEHICLES & BIKES
**featuring traditional 1950's hot rods, kustoms, & bobbers, cafe racers, ect.---Even gonna have the best duplication of the AMERICAN GRAFITTI '32 coupe!

We will be playin car-tues through the annoucer speakers all day.

some of my friends are askin if there will be trophies for car show, they wanna come down, and asked, i said i didnt know... what a bunch of ***s, i mean WHO CARES ABOUT THAT ****! ...... i just wanna show my car and see what some people think about it, show off my pride and joy... Will be there with the GTO. Had heard that Arnie "The Farmer" Beswick might be there. Is this true?

 

Don't know if Arnie's gonna show up-if he does, it'll be a welcome surprise.

I might have the '48 Yorkie there if'n I can get the trade worked out, and get up to Montello this week... I just lost my damn day job so money is getting to be a hot commodity around here, dammit. Being outta work ****s. At least I'm still doing the track thing. I'm almost busier now than when I had the day job...

Nostalgia Boys from Illinois, Midwest G***er ***ociation, Chicago Fire and Drastic Plastic, and a bunch of stuff I probably forgot about will be there all day. I'll probably be in the tower most of the day... If you see a long-haired goof with sideburns and a goatee walking around(or riding my 15 year old Haro bmx bike with Skyway mags) in the pits, stop me and say hi. Offer me a job. Broadway Bob Metzler will be around in the early afternoon-he's gotta parade to do around lunchtime. I had Broadway on the show Saturday. Good time. Oh yeah. Say hi to Kat, the bartender. She's cool ****.

JUST KIDDIN! this show is gonna be TOOOO kool, cant wait to see all the milwaukee boys, my illinois boys all in one spot, dont have to wait for hunnert!?!!??!!!!!! thats toooooo far away... all we got is this, the cheaters show, and hunnert left this year, ARGH! i need to finish my rod too, ARGH!!! well ****, i mean tahts a lofty goal, i have NO money, and i have only a body (well, parts), and a motor/trans combo for now (well i guess i have a streerin column and 2 nice *** bias ply skinny whites!!!!) i need to find brakes, i can get frame (or make), and get front suspension... i need rear setup, and i need brakes all the way around... squablow should sell me that rear setupo off the frame he has in his yard!!!

Django...The clubs Digger Dietrich listed will put on the exhibit racing. During downtime,,, well have the "fun-runners" go. I imagine there will be time for multiple p***es. The cost for car show is $25 plus $10 if you'd like to go down track.
