Want to put some chrome lug nuts on my 1955 pontiac chieftain. Using the stock wheels and lugs. Can find some that are RH threaded but coming up zero for left hand threads on drivers side that match the RH lugs.

Did a google search, summit racing, Kanter, etc. Nothing.

    Anyone have any thoughts?

Try a good old parts house. They used to buy things like lug nuts and studs by the 50 pound box. Or you could change out the wheel studs, make everything rh.

Old parts houses or really old tire stores that may still have some in the attic or back room.
Still probably the simple solution is to knock the left hand studs out and put right hand thread studs in and be done with it.

NAPA. May not have them in stock, but will have them in a day or two.

I'm sure that Ames sells the factory style chrome acorn lug nuts in LH thread that were used on '60-'68 8 lug wheels.

They are in Calif, frequent many swap meets and they are great to deal with (Google lug nut king). Good deals on many wheel accesories including billet custom made wheel adapters.
