HOT ROD easter eggs

We sat down and colored easter eggs with the kids tonight so I had to do a hot rod egg. I guess Im still a kid at heart.

 

Not what I was thinking this would be.

Seems like you just started a family tradition so now we'll expect a new egg each year. Maybe next year some heavy flake and striping lol. Please?

 

I know. I sort of tossed it around awhile should I do a gasser or a custom but I settled on a hiboy.

 

You should let one egg hatch so that next year you can go to Pomona and compete for America's most beautiful rooster.

 

Oh cool! Do I get one for my birthday???..

I posted some pics of my TRADITIONAL Ukrainian Easter eggs on the Friday Art thread.
Here's a traditional one but finished with 24k gold leaf! I also had to pinstripe around the edges to clean up the edge. Hope it fits into this thread.
