    I've bought one from Speedhut, but it's not yet in use, as the car isn't quite finished.

    There is a free app for I-phones called speedometer,its a gps speedometer. Just lay it in the seat it does the rest.

    Beat me to it. I use it whenever I'm in the Lincoln as the damn cruise control unit is broken and that means speedo no worky.

    Just need to find a speedo drive gear for a '60 Lincoln cruise control unit, oughta be easy to find, no? :D

    I have a Garmin ... GPS and I used it in my 32 3W until I could get the speedometer calibrabed and reading correctly.

    Modern technology is GOOD at times. :D :D

  11. Do they get "dead spots" around trees, tall buildings , hills etc?

    only if your driving thru a tunnel ,we have some overhere but signal is restored after a few seconds

    Me, I'll stick with direct-read speedometers.
