Stewart Warners both old and new can be bought, and will work with your C-4.

And many old trucks and delivery vans have round panel mounted standard size speedometers, some only got to 80 MPH though.

  4. Okay, so pretty much any stewart warner can be made to work? will the speedo cable actually bolt to it? Or do i have to find a place that does custom ones?

Look for a local speedo shop on Google. I went to several swap meets without much luck, then stumbled upon a speedo repair shop in town. Found a used speedo that was exactly what I needed laying on a shelf. Price was right, too. As far as the cable, you may be able to use the existing cable--or you may need to make a custom cable. Mine needs to go from a British ****** to a universal head fitting. They say it's no big deal. Just make sure you hang onto the ****** end of your cable.
