For those who care, here's some I took on Friday... These were taken around 5:00, lots more people showed up later...
People from Colorado, Idaho, California, and of course Utah showed up... Nice shoebox from Cal... That's it for now!
I wanna go to Utah. Yeah, maybe Bo is Old Skool Rodz' teacher's pet but I still dig his stuff. His cars remind me of Flyrite Choppers, today's quality with traditional styling. If I had money I'd have one of each. More pics please.
Man! That Avocado Green Chevy gets around. I saw it at Back to the Beach in 2000. Any more pics? We also went to Bo Huff's back in 2000, but it was the middle of winter, we were p***ing through on our way to Wendover from Blanding and no-one was home. Bummer.
oh christ, i guess this show will be the featured in the next 6 or so issues of ol' skool rodz/bo huff illustrated....whats up with that gas filler on that shoebox, nice car otherwise.
Wish I could have made it. I use to live in Utah, still have a 36 Plymouth sitting out there at my mother in laws house. I guess I could have made it If my motor was running, car had brakes, new transmision.......you catch my drift.
What town is this shop in? I'm planning on driving through Utah on the way to Cali next year and am looking for some point of intrest along the way. Thanks.
sounds like I missed out on a good time Ben.. Oh well it was worth it we got a lot accomplished on the modified. How did the shoebox run?
East Carbon and Sunnyside, Utah...just a "slight" drive north of Green River on I-70...and about 10 miles from Price, Utah...don't blink! Bo's a good guy...knows about everything pertaining to the kustom era...does not fit into anyone's "box"!!! R-
If you ever get a chance to go by Bo's shop I highly reccomend that you do it. My girl and I stopped by there on our way back from Paso this year. Neither of us had ever met him and we ended hanging out with him for a couple of hours. He's one of the nicest guys you could meet and has alot of cool stuff! sled
Sorry I haven't gotten back sooner. I have a few more pix I'll post after work. Yeah, Bo's shop is in Sunnyside UT off US 6. You can map it out on mapquest. Gotta go to work now!
Alright, here's a few more for whoever is interested... Some of you may have seen this one before at Viva or else where. I still think it's pretty rad. Cool pickup truck... That's about it, the rest is of just a bunch of drunken fools trying to get on the local chicks...thanks for checking them out. Check out Bo's next year if you have a chance. I've been going the past 5 years and it keeps getting better...
