The newer ones are pretty peppy, World Rally-wise. Gary

I remember back to the 50s, my uncle bought a brand new 1952 Skoda, (google them) they were ugly way back then.
Also my partner once owned a 59/60 Skoda Octavia, luckily it was before I met her.. :)

The sedan delivery is very rare version

All old Skodas have a weird central tube chassis with a swing axle in rear. Not customizing friendly...

I think that the last thing I would leave in that type of car would be the stock chassie.Jose85, that is cool. I think it would go into my Cushman.

    As promised.

Startin with UKKustoms KoppaKruiser Austin 50. This car is as well built as any top notch US kustom, and better than most.

The only feature of the 50s Skoda was the fact that the windscreen and rear window glasses were interchangeable. WOW !

Isn't that a Tatra at about 2:02? It's the only one in the clip and it's like none of the others. Some of the '30's and '40's models seem to have some possibilities.

Wow! I've been away from my computer for almost a week and this thread is still going good.
Tubman, I know nothing about Skoda's other than the name from travel's in Europe of late. As I stated before, everything I've put up on this thread I just used my browser and put up the link.
