Originally from Norway, been in Atlanta for the last 7 years. Got a 47 Chevy coupe, 52 Vicky, 59 Apache and working on my 31 Ford pickup. Most of the work on the 52 was done by Josh Mills at Mills&Co, except the paint, done by Sims Hotrods, and interior done by myself. Did the 59 myself. 47 and 31 still in works at my new shop. The 52 was my first pre 60's car, and never touched a wrench until 7 years ago. Now, well, I dont do much else haha. I'm a musician, so i'm keeping myself busy inbetween touring.
Hey Tudor, you know of any local shows worth attending this year? After Dixie Fried, things seem to have died off. And Drive Invasion last year was pretty much a joke, as far as a car show goes
Hey! You have yourself a nice little stable there. Very cool. I know Josh Mills. Very good guy. My name is Josh also. I have a 46 Ford Josh will know about. I miss old Dixie Fried too. The Charlotte Autofair is next weeked. Then there is a drag race you can camp at May 19th? called Steel In Motion. It is in NC just past the SC state line. Do a search on the main board. We went last year and it was a good time. About 3 hours. There is a show this weekend in downtown Buford from 10-3 on Saturday. It's new and it'll probably be a cruise in type thing. Might go to that Saturday There will be Run What You Brung Drag Races at the Silver Dollar Drags - Reynolds GA - That is in October. I think the date is set - can't recall the exact date off hand. Our club - the SFCC also holds a bi-weekley breakfast over in Roswell Greenmtnboy (Brett Caliaro) is in charge of that one. Look up the "S.F.C.C." social group and pop in there and say high. Don't forget the periods. We usually keep some dialogue going on what is coming up etc. Get with JM - maybe we can all get together and do somthing in town this summer. Welcome - Josh
I'm in Europe until end of April, so I'll have to catch up with everything going on when I get back. Thanks for the input. Would be great if we could somehow get something going this summer, or at least early fall. Someone should really take over the show at the Drive Invasion and do something with it..
Welcome from Rockmart GA. Henrietta the '38 Ford pickup and Ozelle the '55 Ford send friendly horn honks.
