Greetings from the motor city . I have had my roadster insured with Grundy for the past year ,no claims thankfully and no problems . Was considering Hagerty probably because they are more high profile in the industry . Any opinions out there on which is better ?

That's probably the worst reason I ever heard to switch insurance companies. Is it a popularity contest?

All Insurance Companys are great when you are paying the premiums, it's when you have a claim that you find out how they are. I had my Street rod totaled three years ago. I called Grundy at 9:00 AM Mon morning and their adjuster was at my car at 1:00 that afternoon asking what he could do for me. He gave me my options even though the car was totaled. I had a stated value and I had my check in ten days No questions asked. That's when you know your insurance company. GRUNDY

    Welcome from Kansas.
I'm with Trojan about starting a MB topic. I am a noob regarding how to arrive at a reasonable stated value, and not far enough along to have much of a loss, but I would certainly be interested in learning about those 'impaired insurance experiences" to gain some not often discussed knowledge.
