  3. I checked all the local parts stores online and none of them have them in stock. Hope he finds one.

He probably already knows the bearing numbers but the inner is a BCA B66 Or Napa brg B66. The outer bearing number is B67.

I couldn't get the Napa store link for Austin to open on my laptop.
This should be a link that gives store locations and hours though

  6. Well, if you have to be stuck someplace waiting on a part Austin is better than most!

The one on Congress has one at thier warehouse. If you go pay for it, you might still have to wait till Monday. $114.00 each. They have ONE.

In case he can't find the part, here's what you tell him to do. Put everything he can find, as far back into the opposite corner of the bed, as he can. Any extra weight he can get in that opposite rear corner will be to his advantage. Seriously, rocks, down tree limbs, maybe a fat neighbor, I dunno, it doesn't matter. Lots of weight on that opposite rear corner.

Next, since the offending wheel is now in the air, remove it. Thats right, remove the wheel and tire. This should effectively create a 3 wheeler. Drive very slowly and for gods sake, no hard braking. You don't want that fat neighbor coming through the back window.

Best of luck and godspeed brother.

I hope your joking. Didn't Chrysler do this in 57 to prove their torsion bar suspension.
