Sorry for the short warning, but on April 28th, there is this huge car auction going on in NW Arkansas, several miles N of Bentonville, on US-71. The reason that its so different from any other car auction is that between 150-200 cars that we all dream of finding are going up for auction. I would go back and bid on some of the cars myself, but being in high school, and already working on a traditional custom, I don't feel that I have the money to go, but I figured that all of you guys could use the stuff that is there. I only saw about 50 or so of the cars, but here are the pictures I got! If you have any questions about the cars in the pictures, I can try to answer them to my best. Please share with your friends who might be interested as well, I would really like to see all of these cars go to a good home. 1960 Edsel 4 door, had decent glass, but did have some rust. 1958 T-bird, looked very solid 1962 Impala? very solid car from what I could tell Original flathead was there, but was missing the top half 1956 Desoto, wasn't a Hemi car, but was in great shape
Pictures part 2! 1957 Mercury Turnpike Cruiser, no engine, but was pretty solid 1964 Chrysler Imperial, seemed to be in pretty good shape as I walked by 1959 Poncho, didn't look around the back, but it looked solid. one of a coupe 1964 Grand Prix's that were there, not sure if it was a factory tach car like the others were If you have a thing for 1960s t-birds, well then this is your place, there musta been 7 or 8 of em there. 1954 kaiser anyone? All the glass was there and in good shape this was probably the biggest shock of the day, we ended up opening the hood, expecting to find a small block.... ....nope, it was a hemi car (honestly, this was one of the highlight moments of my life. Finding that original hemi, untouched since it left the factory in the mid 1950s). one of the last cars we saw, and honestly my favorite was this 1963 Pontiac Grand Prix with the 8 lug heavy duty option. not sure what engine, anyone know?

I always wonder how cars like these get parked and forgotten, and in quantity. Not wrecked or damaged (for the most part). Cool stash.
anyone know if there is there a list of what is for sale. i am off that weekend and it's not that far from me.
