Did a quick search and found info on byp*** but couild not find info I need.
Purchased a crate vortec 350 1997? (long block) called my local parts house for a water pump and he (same guy that sold me the motor) sent me the water pump and I installed it, called later for a fan blade and found out that it was the wrong water pump (ran the wrong way) so he gets me the correct water pump for the vortec.
My problem is this water pump has 2 heater hose tubes out the top of the pump, not sure how to plumb this thing for a heater and the byp*** that can be a problem with the vortec.
Have talked to repair shop owners and wrenches that I know and they have not seen this thing before.
    Any help?

fitting on driver side is heater return. Fitting on p*** side goes to intake below thermostat.

(from my wife's 08 4.3 which has a pump with those fittings on it)
