It is just the early initial version of the 223 which was around for many years up into the early 60's. I believe most parts for the 223 should fit the 215, such as intakes and exhaust. Ports in the 215 may be a bit smaller? Someone will know better than me.
Most guys go towards intakes and headers, the 223 stuff will work just fine. Offenhauser makes 2 carb and 3 carb intakes, Clifford and Patriot sell headers. A cam is made for the 223, but it will not work on your 215 due to the different distributor location.
