  4. Had a blast at the AI. Thanks to Jay and The Vultures for putting this show on two years in a row! I ain't got a host for my pics, so I'll try this. Sorry for any bandwidth hogging.

Ryan, go a head and kill these attachments if they take up too much space. I made them as small as I could.

Nice pics guys...thanks for the post. What a great show, was a good time for sure. This is a must do event for me every year from here out.
The pic of the Orange '32 is what we drove in to the show. It's my Uncle Randy's shop roadster. I'm in picture #12 of the post, with Uncle Randy talking to Mr. Mor-drop by the roadster. I'm the guy on the right with the white shirt. I met alot of Hambers, but I just know I prolly walked by a bunch of you guys and didn't even know it. I thought I'd point out the pic to see if any of you ran into me and didn't know it. Great to meet those of you that I did. Keep them pics coming.....

  23. One of the first pics had the rear quarter of an orange taildragger with flames. Did anyone get a pic of that whole car?

That shoebox was professionally chopped by one of the well known local builders. It shows too. The owner is an artist/designer friend of mine, I believe he's on the HAMB occasionally.

    Here's the front view:

Now, see, this is why the HAMB T-shirts can't come soon enough. Here I am taking ****ing close up photographs of HAMBers and I still have no idea who they are. When can I send cash to Austin and get a package from Livonia?

  28. This is my old shoebox. When I sold it, it was white and not chopped. In its previous form it was at BilletProof the year it was held at the Holiday Bowl.

Some history. This car was owned by the Copeland family of Copeland's Sports. I bought it off the elderly Ms. Copeland as she was too old to drive it anymore. Yes, I happened upon the mythical little old lady driver. One owner before I got it.

My good buddy Ferby bought it and he's done wonders. It was pretty much a grandma ride when I sold it. The only mod I did was lower it, put duals on, and convert it to 12v. I also painted the area behind the grill red, and I'm honored he's kept it for now. The car now resides in the Concord area.

He did have a local shop do the chop, and it came out really nice. I think John Aiello (sp) did the chop?

    Here's an in progress pic.
