Well my wife and I just made a move to Okinawa (like 4 months ago)
and with work and everything else that goes along with moving...well... I have been slowly un packing the house and getting setted in.
As of this afternoon the front room, kitchen, and living/dining room is complete.
Now I just gotta dig through the rest of the boxes to find the family photos and then it`s off to the shop and start working on something.

    Enjoy

Say hello to the girls on Gate 2 street for me if you are near Kadena AFB. I'm sure they are still working the bars 40 years later.:D

That's a pretty big room for a Japanese house. We had a three bedroom in Tohoku but none of the rooms were that big. Enjoy the car scene there.

OH, NO! Tell me it's not true!!

  10. We just moved also.
Downsized from the mansion to a small house.
Only the two of us at home now.
Workshop is 4 times the size of the house and only 50 feet from the back door.
1 acre of land too, so I'm a happy chappie ....

    I`m working on it buddy.
I got my eye on a chopped 4 door `49 Merc that needs to be saved. I just need to get the owner to atleast let me put in my shop and out of the weather.

Good luck on "The Rock". I was there in the early 60's, Air Force, maint. F-105's, again in the 70's (during reversion) with the "Habus". Back as a civilain contractor in 83-84 workin' F-86's. Sure saw a lot of changes thru the years.
