Word. He used to be an Alliance Vendor. I just bought some upper door wood from him a couple weeks ago. Nice guy to deal with, and my stuff got here quick.

Anyone OTHER THAN Ford Woodart, since they changed owners they don't give a sh*t about their customers.
Try Dick Spadaro Tuesday or so. He went to Charlotte NC AutoFair swap meet this weekend. It is a long haul from Altmont NY to Charlotte NC and back.
That's really sad to hear. I've used Woodart for all of my wood needs but haven't had a need for anything lately. They were recommended to me by one of the biggest users of '32 wood here in Michigan. In fact the told me Woodart parts are the best as he has tried them all and won't use anyone else. I'm going to contact him and see if he has used Woodart lately and if so has he had any problems. I need to order roof wood for my 32 Fordor as well...so I am curious to hear some feedback on recent purchases. Neal
It was suggested by a hamb member to try Paul Ellis Ford Parts out of Seymour, TN 865-577-3917 I contacted them and they said they'd call back in the morning after talking to their wood guy. Next day by 9 am they said they could do it for $$$ and it would take 8 weeks. They told me to send a personal check as they aren't set up for cc's. 8 weeks and 1 day later the RH & LH header wood for a 34' Ford tudor showed up on my doorstep. Very pleased, excellent people to deal with, excellent quality and on time.
I got my pieces from Fordwood: http://www.fordwood.com/ It's a small family-owned business and they were a little slower than I'd like, but they're reasonably priced and they sell individual pieces as well as complete kits.
